If you're like me, you have had some trouble falling asleep. Your mind races while you're lying in bed, going over your day or thinking about tomorrow. Before you know it, it's 1:00 AM and you're wide awake!
I've been there too! So, I decided to create a video of wave sounds on Youtube. The repeating rhythm of crashing waves can be deeply calming, creating a mental state of relaxation, contentment and gentle focus! Ocean waves may help with insomnia and restlessness!
